Goblins and Teeth

I've uploaded a goblin bookmark. It is an older one, but I have always thought it was a cute goblin.

Speaking of cute things, AmerissaG has some very interesting polymer clay items. You should definitely give her a look.

Dino's and Art

I have created the most adorable dinosaurs. I have them up on my etsy as stickers at the moment, but will probably put up some magnets and other items soon as they are just cute.

And I thought since I'm always showing my own artwork on here I should really show someone else's today.

ArtworkSW has the most amazing and intricate drawings. Well worth the look.

I like that you can look at them for a while and still see new things in every angle.

Pictureless

Today I decided not to included pictures for a very simple reason. The items I found on Etsy are not child friendly, so if you want to see them you can click the link.

Suffice it to say... etsy has a very active and steamy underbelly.

I got curious one day as a friend of mine had been talking about the "make your own dildo" kit, and decided to see if any enterprising people had used Etsy for this particular function.... I was not disappointed! In fact, I was astonished how many creative, interesting, and well crafted items they had available.

Beginning with glass dildos made of the best and easiest cleaning pyrex, to hand crafted leather harnesses, and the best leather paddles and chokers. What kinky sex room wouldn't be complete with out a feather tickler?

I found it absolutely amazing the wide range of items available on a site dedicated to hand crafted items. Even more amazing when you realize you can talk directly to the artisan who created it and order something to your exact specifications, down to what color you want the leather on your riding crop. Adam and Eve can't do that for ya!

Sticker Set and Upcycles

It's finally here, a whole robot sticker set. Mainly because I've heard a few people asking for it.

Plus, since I sell each individual sticker for $1 each, and these ten for $8, you're saving $2, and shipping costs.

I'm showing a couple shops today, the theme being upcycle.
It is amazing how many people on Etsy can take things other people might throw away and make useful, interesting, crazy, or beautiful items for you to use, wear, play with or enjoy.
These two have caught my eye.

Hippie Kingdom who creates jewelry from recycled paper, and gets very interesting, and pretty results from simple newsprint as well as other types of paper. And it's eco friendly as well.

Bottle Hood who makes glasses and other items from discarded bottles. Want your very own Corona glasses? They have them. How about Absolute Vodka? They have those too!

They recycle bottles from local restaurants, and events around San Diego, and are making useful items out of something that might have been thrown in a landfill.

Pottery Angels

This is an older bookmark that I am uploading today. I am working on new fairies at the moment, and trying to do another watercolor (I need water color paper first I think).

So instead I'll just jump right to the sharing of other peoples items.

Maid Of Clay has taken the vampire craze and run with it. Can't blame her, and she has such cute mugs. I am so tempted to buy one myself!

Finished the fairy. It took all of two hours to complete, all while I sat watching a sci-fi show on netflix.

I really love the way this fairy turned out. The background is pretty good to, but her face and that corset really worked out.

Today's cuteness is "Hello Wars".

What do you get when you cross Star Wars and Hello Kitty? You just have to go look at the shop! It is so worth it! Darth V Kitty is just so cutely evil!

Fairies and Robots

I have added a Robot Charm today.

I also painted a fairy (which will be added to the shop eventually).

This is the first watercolor I've done in years, and I am not quite finished with it. However, it is far more finished then anything else I've done in quite some time, with a background and everything. Hopefully I'll be doing a few more watercolors like this as it actually worked out well.

Touring through etsy I found this charming little shop. French Market Stitch.

Ever since coming to Washington, and Seattle, I've been fascinated by the burlesque scene, and corsets. Of course I love the ones in this shop.

It has been suggested that I put in sets so that people can pick and choose... so in that line here is my first set. Robots!

I believe my second set will be fairies. I'm working on them at the moment. After that... Dragons? Mermaids? Any suggestions?

The third thing I like about Etsy is that you can find some of the most amazing artisan crafts, things you could not find in, say, walmart. You have to go to someone who will make it custom for you, and thus we have Merimask who does leather masks, a true artisan craft.
